Key Responsibilities:

● Lead clients through a top-tier construction experience from start to finish

● Oversee construction projects in compliance with plans, codes, and specifications

● Manage timelines, critical milestones, and project schedules

● Direct and support field teams to ensure goals are met efficiently and professionally

● Conduct and facilitate project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

● Monitor budgets, forecasts, job costing, and billing

● Lead procurement, negotiation, and subcontractor/supplier coordination

● Mentor employees through coaching and Goal Setting & Review (GSR) meetings

● Ensure all communication with clients is timely, respectful, and professional

● Promote a safe, organized, and clean jobsite

● Uphold and reinforce our high standards and company culture across all teams

Skills and Requirements:

● Minimum 5 years of proven success managing residential or light commercial

construction projects

● Strong knowledge of construction management software and job-costing tools

● Experience with energy-efficient and high-performance building technologies

● Ability to communicate clearly and lead effectively in dynamic environments

● Additional training/certification in Project Management is preferred, but not required
