Will Fryar

Owner & Managing Partner

Will Fryar grew up working alongside his father in the family business, learning the craft of homebuilding from the ground up. With a lifetime in the construction industry, he brings deep knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a strong commitment to quality to every project. His leadership blends traditional craftsmanship with modern efficiency, ensuring Fryar Construction continues to set the standard for custom homebuilding and renovations across North Georgia and Chattanooga.

Will Jackson

Owner & Managing Partner

Will Jackson joined Fryar Construction immediately after high school, beginning as a carpentry laborer and quickly earning a reputation for hard work and leadership. His attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage complex projects have made him a cornerstone of the company’s growth. Today, Will oversees pre-construction and operations, guiding projects from planning to completion with precision and care.

Montgomery & Peeples

Architecture & Interior Design Partners

Founded by Lauren Montgomery Simpson and Alex Peeples Hunt, Montgomery & Peeples is a full-service architecture and interior design firm based in Dalton, Georgia. Licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee, they provide architectural design, commercial space planning, and interior styling services. They believe every space should reflect the people who live in it — combining creativity, functionality, and timeless design. Their collaboration with Fryar Construction ensures a true design-build experience from concept to completion.
